We were contacted from DBIO to design this particular residencial project in a hill in Santa Teresa. The main characteristic was to maximace opening space in social areas and keep the privacy on the top floor. The same space is covered with a full terrace that goes side by side and dispose all the activities facing to the ocean view.

The roof covers all the area and keeps the house protected to the direct sun and it opens for cross ventilation. Factor of sustanibility were implicated on the way the house was designed.
