Casa de la corteza is a "L"-shaped residence nestled on the enchanting landscapes of Nosara, Guanacaste. This architectural masterpiece seamlessly integrates the natural beauty of its surroundings with the sophistication of contemporary design. Positioned on a sprawling land, the house is thoughtfully divided into distinct zones, perfectly balancing the need for privacy and social interaction. The private sanctuary is skillfully situated on one side, offering a tranquil retreat for the inhabitants. Meanwhile, the social hub is strategically placed on the other side, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces

The architecture of the house prioritizes a symbiotic relationship with nature, emphasizing an open and airy layout that invites the lush outdoors in. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors allow natural light to flood the interiors, creating a seamless connection with the verdant surroundings. The choice of materials, such as natural wood and stone, further reinforces the fusion of modern architecture with the organic beauty of Nosara.


In every corner of this tropical haven, the attention to detail is evident – from the carefully selected furnishings to the thoughtfully landscaped gardens.
